Building a culture of coaching in your organization can make a difference.

A coaching culture is when coaching concepts are shared and deployed across an entire organization. Instead of a few individuals (usually senior executives) receiving coaching, coaching is provided on a broader scope impacting – and energizing – the entire organization. The coaching is provided through various mechanisms including peer-to-peer, certified coaches, small groups and organization-wide programs.

When an organization builds a coaching culture, it is saying to its employees that it cares about each and every employee, and that the wellbeing, personal and professional development of each employee contributes to the success of the organization.

An organization can only run on all cylinders when its employees are also at full throttle.
